Walk along Nanzhuang Old St. and across Nanzhuang Bridge, you will see a redbrick house. The house is called Osmanthus Garden. The house was built in Hakka style and owns a exquisite garden. There are trees and osmanthus trees. If you come to Osmanthus Garden, you have to try osmanthus cake, osmanthus tea and other Hakka delicacies.

Restaurant

The old house is decorated into a restaurant. There is also a observatory area for customers enjoying the beauty of Nanzhuang.

Garden

The hall of the restaurant pass through every room. When it’s the osmanthus season, you can smell the fine floral scent from distant away.

Chinese Cypress pavilion

Apart from the original Chinese restaurant, there is Chinese Cypress Pavilion that was built in 2007. The pavilion provides different services including café, shopping street and conference room.

The pavilion was built with Chinese Cypress. So you can smell the wooden aroma when inside the pavilion. The café serves different kinds of beverages, desserts and iced products.

Campsite‧Shopping street

There is a campsite beside the lotus pond. The owner provides clean bathroom for people to make good use of it. the shopping street has traditional toys, food and osmanthus related products.

Afternoon tea

Other than Hakka dishes, there is afternoon tea set. There are osmanthus iced tea, osmanthus milk pudding and coffee.

　The pavilion was built in Chinese cypress. There are 2 types of conference rooms for 20 to 120 people.
